The Great Australian Doorstep is a Travel Television show, hosted by former Australian Rules Football (AFL) superstar Peter Spida Everitt and his wife Sheree.
They showcase the smaller towns around the world that have so much to offer. Covering Australia, New Zealand, Alaska, Canada & USA. Showing off how intriguing these places are, some of the worlds most extraordinary activities you can do while there, the people who live there and why these places are a brilliant choice for a family holiday.
They explore a huge variety of things to see and do around each town and show how lucky the locals are as it’s on their doorstep. It could be a natural wonder, a secret spot, a local legend, anything that shows what a great unique town it is. They aim to do it all by motorhome, caravan or tent and prove that no matter what your budget is, everyone can still enjoy a holiday of a lifetime, no matter how strict your budget is.
